At LetGlam, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics, skincare, beauty tools, and make-up products cannot be returned once opened or used.

A return may be accepted only if the item meets the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival (photo evidence required).

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue so we can assist you quickly.


2. Return Process

To request a return, please email us at contact@letglam.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Our support team will review your request and, if approved, provide the return instructions and return address.

⚠️ Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

We do not accept returns sent back to us without prior approval.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding your refund approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refund delays may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

5. Lost or Delayed Orders

Our international delivery timeframe is 7–10 business days.

If your order does not arrive within 15 business days after shipment, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

You may be eligible for:

  • A replacement order, or

  • A refund, depending on the situation.


6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used beauty/make-up products

  • Skincare items

  • Beauty tools that have been used

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items marked as final sale
