3. Shipping Costs

Promotional free shipping may be offered occasionally.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

You can track your order anytime on our website via the “Track My Order” page using:

If you do not receive your tracking email within 5 days, feel free to contact us.


5. Incorrect Address or Missing Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

LetGlam is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost packages due to wrong information entered by the customer

If you made a mistake, contact us within 24 hours at contact@letglam.com.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by your country.

These fees are:

  • Not included in our product prices

  • Not covered by LetGlam

  • The customer’s responsibility

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package seems delayed or never delivered:

  1. Check the tracking information

  2. Verify your shipping address

  3. Contact your local carrier or post office

If still unresolved, email us at contact@letglam.com, and we will assist in starting an investigation with the carrier.

For lost or stolen packages marked delivered:

  • LetGlam is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

  • Refunds or replacements may be offered on a case-by-case basis.


8. Pre-Order Items

If you purchase a pre-order item, shipping times may differ from standard items.
Estimated shipping dates will be indicated on the product page.

Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may be shipped together or separately depending on availability.


9. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
